Acquired: Danforth signed a two year contract after joining the Buffalo as a Free Agent on July, 2 2025. He had spent the previous four seasons in the Columbus Blue Jackets orgnization. He went undrafted and played four college seasons at Sacred Heart University. Following his NCAA career, Danforth also played 20 games with the AHL Rochester Americans through the 2016-17 to 2017-18 seasons.
